China must stop hacking

June 19, 2013

Too often, “diplomatic concerns” are used as an excuse by presidents who either are afraid to stand up for Americans’ rights or are simply so gullible they allow foreign leaders to dupe them....

Ron, if the president knows what is going on and his administration fills him in and is in DIRECT contact with the people involved he should know with a great degree of certainty what is going on. JUST LIKE BENGHAZI, OR FAST AND FURIOUS, IRS, NSA, TRAYVON MARTIN, BOSTON BOMBINGS and dozens of other topics that he knows NOTHING ABOUT or as Holder keeps saying doesn't recall! CROOKS! THIEVES! MURDERERS!

Unless someone has fun and held statewide or national office I fail to see how holding local office qualifies as knowing how government works. A couple of courses at FM in poli sci would give more information.

TOT, The president gets briefings about everything concerning our country everyday. You and Joe the plumber get your news from the bias that is why you continue to post about things you know nothing or very little about. news media. Your very good at not answering a question asked of you and you refuse to admit that the Republicans are as much to blame for the condition our country is in as the Democrats. You are just a want a be know it all when you know very little. Do us all a favor and go to the seashore and start walking in to the water and keep walking for 4 hours after your hat starts to float.

Ron what do YOU think a president does? Do you believe that he would not know what is in the evening news? Even Joe the plumber gets information on the days events and if something is going to make Joes plumbing look bad, even he might try to plug the leak! No experience necessary, just like Obama pre election!

TOT, tell us how many years you have been an elected office. Also what elected offices have you ever held or ever ran for. Reading your posts one would think that you are an experienced expert how all governments work. Please tell us where you get all your knowledge of how government works. You seem to know so much about the office of the president so maybe you can tell us when you were our president.

Dave"OK TOT, now I disagree. Do you really believe that the President of the United States gets involved in all aspects of running the country? Including investigations of flight 800?" TWA Flight 800 was the biggest thing going on... do you think that the president was not in the loop on it? Now that would be simply INCREDIBLE and totally unbelieveable! Clinton knew what went on and also with the DC snipers? Maybe he read the newspapers? Or he was off doing something with Monica at the time and missed everything?

This editorial blindly written. It takes a cool keystroke to tell others to stop what we are also doing. I believe the NSA situation will be from the pan into the fire, before all is said and done.

Dave, that's not what you posted, but nice afterthought, even if late. Sorry for using your already dirty 'broad brush' and not cleaning it, you might want to throw it away now. Of course I understand politics, I only have a problem with the double-standard type progressives are so fond of using. You know, like you're trying to do right now.

Nonsense, Bob. Don't paint me with your broad brush. While I lay the blame of Iraq directly on Bush's and Cheney's shoulders, I agreed with him on Afghanistan, the first bail-out, the expansion of Medicare, and many other things.

I also disagree with Obama on some things, such as his failure to push for single payer in the Affordable Care Act. He had the opportunity and he blew it, although he may have decided to just take what he could get and push for single payer later. We'll see.

But are you trying to say that the Dems went after Bush and that was wrong, but it's OK for the GOP to go after Obama like they have, even constipating congress to a standstill? You're saying Dems are hypocrites for going after Bush and not Obama, and the GOP are not hypocrites for supporting Bush but not Obama? Do you not understand politics?

'Do you really believe that the President of the United States gets involved in all aspects of running the Country'. Well Dave, Dems believed that for the full 8 years of the Bush Presidency and demanded a heck of a lot more from him and held him accountable for EVERYTHING that occurred. Today Dems demand NOTHING from Obama and hold him accountable for NOTHING while at the same time make excuses for him doing NOTHING, like you are doing. Why? You do know history did NOT begin with Obama, don't you?

OK TOT, now I disagree. Do you really believe that the President of the United States gets involved in all aspects of running the country? Including investigations of flight 800? Preposterous, from any angle. Next you'll be telling me that Obama ordered the IRS to target the Tea Party.

The most fleeting of all secrets are Government secrets. Since it's inception we have, for the most part, equated computer/tech problems with animals; worms, trojan horses, bugs..etc. So hackers, looking at it from a mosquito's point of view, will bite you until they're full or you stop to scratch and get out the Raid. The 'Raid' in this case is EMP and someone who has been bitten enough WILL break out the can of whoop-*** EMP and end the problem for EVERYBODY, not just themselves even though they arrogantly think so. Societies worldwide have become reliant on electricity and battery operated everything. This is progress of course but in the back of my mind a little voice keeps telling me the more you complicate the plumbing, the easier it is to plug up the drain. Hackers know that too.

On another note, I have been reading up on the Beltway snipers and the TWA flight 800. Apparently coverups with democrat presidents is a very common thing. Clinton was impeached because he lies next up... Obama!

Thanks for the early endorsement Dave! I too agree that we should heed our own warnings. Funny how we can scream like a schoolgirl about the very same treatment that we give! Step back and take a breath then go spy some more! You know it is going to continue!

LOL!! Simplistic at best to believe only the Chinese are doing this. What about the hacking being done by U.S. Agencies, Russians, Britons, French......etc. Ever hear of Stuxnet???? There is a reason Obama is timid (other than he is weak) - People in glass houses should not throw stones.
