Party affiliation has nothing to do with this gville70. Imagine you being more concerned about Albany ripping you and me and every other taxpayer off. Hill's right...assessors, get off your arses and get this straightened out, yesterday.

I have a great idea... lets let government run everything as they are the only ones that we can trust. Again sarcasm! We have to limit the reach of these idiots, one huge mistake after another!

You got to be kidding???Sen Young didn't exactly shake the earth with this news! Why NO ONE spoke up sooner( in Albany) is beyond me..Anybody with one eye open and paying attention knows the Star program was tainted when the politicians needed to votes and everyone qualified..The original bill had GREAT intentions.Too bad politics ruined this for seniors!

Proving it is easy. Go to the tax map on Fulton County. There are many people with 2 parcels collecting it.

Wait a minute, if the Comptroller knows the State lost about 13 million in 2010-11 and expects it go to 75 million by 2015 then he has to know the names, how many, where they live, and how much each owes. He either gets our money back pronto and prove it, or admit that he made those figures up to cover for a politician by throwing out straw men and a red herring. Which do you think is more likely???
