and I'll try to make this really clear to you -- all the drugs I took were under tightly controlled circumstances with medical supervision, and it paid well. And with all your so-called education your vocabulary skills seem to be less than what you paid for.

contraryto your belief swizzer, I always scored well on reading comprehension tests. YOU seem to be the one who reads your own conclusions into anything that is not spelled out explicitly.

Think about it for a minute or an hour, -- Why would our Constitution and Bill of Rights apply to those who are not here legally??

drugsrus, drugs, once again your reading comprehension has failed you. Probably due to all those drugs taking their collective toll on your body and mind over the years.

swizzer - you plainly didn't do well in history class did you ?? The Bill of Rights is the first 10 amendments to the Constitution, While the amendments are part of the document they are seperate issues. Did you ever wonder why the other 17 amendments are notsimply additions to The Bill of Rights? These documents arein place for the people of the United Ststes of America, not all human beings.

drugsrus, the Constitution, like the Declaration of Independence, claimed ALL people, American or not, are afforded the same rights.

Your argument is fake, made-up, and baseless.

Also, the Bill of Rights and Constitution are a part of the same exact document; you're just too un-American to actually accept that, even though it's the truth.

It's for these reasons that I wish for every fake Republican like yourself go back to school to learn how to be a real American.

That down time to "upgrade" the system really worked well -- we only lost this weeks "Cheers and Jeers" and a few comments.

Good job IT Dept.

And then there is the feds releasing thousands of illegal immigrants but needed a court order to stop them from downloading information... A federal appeals court on Friday said the Border Patrol cannot confiscate or download every laptop or electronic device brought into the U.S., ruling that people have an expectation their data are private and that the government must have “reasonable suspicion” before it starts to do any intensive snooping. In most cases, the government needs probable cause to conduct a search. Reasonable suspicion is a lower standard. But the Obama administration had argued it didn’t need any reason to search. The court rejected that, ruling that password-protected files are exactly what the Constitution’s framers had in mind when they wrote the Fourth Amendment protecting Americans’ “papers” from unreasonable searches.

New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg expressed concern that private jet owners could clog up the city's homeless shelters. “You can arrive in your private jet at Kennedy Airport, take a private limousine and go straight to the shelter system, walk in the door, and we’ve got to give you shelter,” Bloomberg said. New York City’s smoke, sugar, salt-phobic mayor wants to check another apparent health issue off the list — planning for the city to take on loud music played through ear buds. Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s health officials are planning a social media campaign — expected to cost $250,000 “Well, you have to be practical about what legally you can do and what people will do,” said Mr. Bloomberg. “The nice thing about the soda thing is it’s really just a suggestion. So, if you want to buy 32 ounces, you just have to carry it back to your seat in two cups. And maybe that would convince you to only take one, but if you want two you can do it.

Leah Barkoukis of townhall**** has 10 actual headlines of school anti-gun madness. Here’s 4 each followed by a headline of how well schools today teach our kids: 1) MI – “School confiscates cupcakes decorated with Toy Soldiers” 1a) “Bloomberg lauds education, but 80% of NYC graduates can’t read” 2) MD - “Pop-Tart Pistol? 7-year-old gets suspended for gun-shaped pastry” 2a) “As Chicago Teachers Strike, 79 Percent of Students Can't Read” 3) CO - “Colorado boy, 7, reportedly faces suspension for tossing imaginary grenade” 3a) “U.S. students fall behind 31 countries in math proficiency” 4) AZ - “Florence student suspended over picture of gun” 4a) “K-12 Students Ignorant of US History” So we have schools obsessing over cupcakes & imaginary grenades. As well as climate change, diversity, tolerance, sex ed & self esteem. But too many kids can’t read, solve math problems and don’t know squat about US History. Teachers unions & the PC police are ruining our schools. Want proof? Bar

Cheers to President Obama! Private economists say that further increases in stock and home prices this year mean that Americans' net worth has topped the pre-recession peak of $67.4 trillion dollars.

Thank you Mr. President

You used the word "idiot", not me, so don't try to pass it off on me. Your question is ridiculous unless you were looking in a mirror when you asked it. Truth? Look at your posts and show were truth begins and opinions end. What a joke!

There ya go usedto, sources, not made up!! All based on a FACT that you can look up, and then disagree with. I do not blame you, if I was a democrat or even worse a liberal I would disagree all day every day until my representatives stopped acting so stupidly! Especially Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Reid, and Schumer, Like I said, I do not blame you, disagree away!

JEERS to OVERREACHING DEMOCRATS!

The bill filed Saturday by state Sen. Audrey Gibson, D-Jacksonville, would require a three-day waiting period for the sale of any firearm and the sale of ammunition to anyone who has not completed anger management courses. The proposal would require ammo buyers to take the anger management courses every 10 years.
