Anyone see the news this morning?? Cuomo wants to limit the types of drugs a doctor can use on mental patients. In one speech he wants to help the mentally impaired. Now he wants to limit the help. Seems like it should be up to the doctors to decide what is best. Not a poitition.

seems like there are a few people (sheeple) who believe everything Barry and the state approved media tell them. I'm still waiting for a gun to do something by itself

swizzer- I'm not a political party person. Unemployment numbers are down mainly because lots of people have run out of unemployment and quit looking for work. The jobs are in North Dakota. It's a big deal when the state approved media says that "first time unemployment numbers are at new lows" -- like that is a good thing. BUT you can only lay off so many people before you have to close the door.
The economy is still in the tank, IF it was recovering there would be more "help wanted" ads in the newspapers.

drugsrus, that seems to be the issue with your 'party': they never want to believe the numbers, or at least refuse to believe them when they don't suit your argument.
The stock market is doing well- nope, must just be a coincidence ('Things are over valued and the numbers are not real.'...?); unemployment numbers go down- another coincidence, and they'll be back up again soon
But a small-town newspaper has a poll on their website that reflects what you think- yes, the public has spoken! Must be true!
I'm curious where you get your bizarre assumptions from regarding economic probability since evidently you're just so bright in that area.

laker- the stock market is feeding n itself. It didn't get past 1000 until 1983. It only took 4 yrs for it to double , and has generally been feeding on itself ever since. Things are over valued and the numbers are not real.

Scarecrow...Of course not, no Pres controls the market...just a sarcastic comment toward Tot's posts in which he tries to take practically every article here, no matter the subject, and tie it in to some sort of Obama failure. LOL, just read tot's last post...I rest my case!

Scarecrow57 The soaring stocks are a testament to how resilient our economy is... EVEN BECAUSE of OBAMA! It proves that our leaders can blow every chance and the economy can still survive.

"look at the soaring stocks, wow Obama is great!"
Now please. The president does not control the stock market; he does not control one single corporation. All he controls his the U.S. Government which is the biggest corporation in the world and crashing fast.

Yes, stock prices are soaring, that may be the result of dollar cost averaging during 4th quarter 2012. Most stock values are not consistent with the cost, right now. If anyone has apple stock now is the time to buy more to bring your avg. price down. I know, not on topic but laker did bring up good point.

tot...look at the soaring stocks, wow Obama is great!...no more unrealistic than your desperate attempts to blame him for everything. Drugs..."The worst Pres in history."...not even close, it's Bush Jr. by a landslide.

Our president is the KING of blaming others, and you haven't had a thing on topic in days. Why not try a bit harder to be involved instead of just whining like a squealing liberal all the time?

swizzer, when are you going to realize that your pal Barry will go down as the worst pres in history ??? He makes the peanut farmer look like Abe lincoln. Ok not that good but he's not the worst anymore.

TiredOfTax, that has absolutely nothing to do with this editorial. You're just fishing for cheap excuses to blame the president for something.

Well Dave I agree with Obama earning an F on a lot of his actions and policies. In a case freighted with major constitutional implications, a federal appeals court on Friday overturned President Obama’s controversial recess appointments from last year, ruling he abused his powers and acted when the Senate was not actually in a recess. The three-judge panel’s ruling is a major blow to Mr. Obama. The judges ruled that the appointments he made to the National Labor Relations Board are illegal, and hence the five-person board did not have a quorum to operate.
