Tonight: Double-header for art lovers

GLOVERSVILLE — The Sacandaga Valley Arts Network is presenting the work of its member artists in the annual Summer Group Exhibition at the Fulton County Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry, on corner of Fulton and Main streets. A free, public reception for the artists will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. today in the chamber’s lobby gallery. The exhibit will remain on display through Aug. 30. It includes works in watercolor, oils, acrylics, photography, woodworking and other media. Several of the artists also are members of Micropolis, the new art gallery at Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market, 30 N.
