I Remember why I don't like them.

I don’t know what possessed me to turn the channel to the Golden Globe Awards; truly it was an unknown force that had control of me on a Sunday evening.

After asking myself over and over again, why I was wasting my time, I was still staring at the pretty people and listening to the same thank yous when I finally hit the wall and turned it off.

The recipient of the best comedy or music award went to “Hangover!”

I will confess. I saw the movie, sort of. If you enjoy vulgarity, sex, stupidity, no real plot, please don’t miss it. Yes, that is just one person’s opinion that means absolutely nothing.

I actually am a movie fan. Completely enjoy seeing any movie, especially where they should be viewed, in a theater.

Going back to “Hangover.” Has Hollywood ran out of capabilities of producing quality (my opinion)? This movie now is in the history books of best comedy or musical on the mantel with “The King and I”, “Auntie Mame”, “Sound of Music”, “The Graduate”, “Fiddler on The Roof”, “Romancing the Stone”, “The Lion King”, and “Evita,” just to name a few.

Ok, call me a typical woman, but I am not, I hate cooking but I would have gone with “Julie and Julia” over a hangover any day.
