I would tend to agree if I thought the government could actually create and administer such a test fairly and accurately. (The government of New York state gave me a license to drive a car when I was a teenager, for crying out loud! What were they thinking?) At any rate, I stumbled upon this little tidbit this morning and had to share it: Store refuses to make birthday cake for "Adolf Hitler"
