Making a mockery of citizenship

There are now three Congressional districts that are represented by women whose loyalty to the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights in particular, is highly questionable. Two districts are represented by anti-Semitic Islamists (Rashida Tlaeb and Ilhan Omar), and the other district is represented by an anti-Semitic rabid Socialist (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez).

Omar has ties to the Council on American-Islamic Relations, an organization that has been labeled as a front-group for Hamas (an Islamist terrorist organization) and was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, a Hamas financing case that was the largest terror-financing case in American history.

Omar had two children out of wedlock, left her partner to legally marry another man and then had a child by her former partner after she had obtained a faith-based divorce under Sharia law but before she obtained a legal divorce from her husband under U.S. law. Is her first allegiance to American law or Sharia law? Finally, she wears a Hajib in public. So much for assimilating into American culture.

In response to her anti-Semitic rants the House of Representatives could not even muster the votes to condemn Omar by name but instead passed a watered-down resolution that essentially labels all Americans as racists and bigots.

And now the Democrat-controlled House has passed a resolution (yes, I read part of it) that actually permits the states to allow illegal aliens to vote and does not expressly prohibit them from voting. It is easy to imagine that some future Democrat-controlled Congress would pass a bill that a Democrat president would sign into law what is now just a resolution. Omar, Tlaeb and Ocasio-Cortez were signatories of this resolution which if it became law would nullify the votes of millions of American citizens and make a mockery of citizenship.

To quote Frederick Douglass, a great American of the 19th century, “A man’s rights rest in three boxes: the ballot box, the jury box and the cartridge box.” In the context of liberty, constitutional republicanism and Judeo-Christian principles, the ballot box has failed in the three Congressional districts whose un-American voters (that’s right I said it) elected these despicable women to public office. In the same context, the jury box as represented by the Congress has failed in the case of Ilhan Omar.

“He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”
