Gerard McAuliffe has what it takes to be a family court judge

Having worked in the sheriff’s office for 22 years, I met and worked closely with most, if not all, of the attorneys in the area. My first contact with Gerard McAuliffe was when he was an attorney working with the Public Defender’s Office. Over the years I witnessed Gerard’s passion for the law as well as his compassion for his clients. He has a proven knowledge and understanding of the law and the justice system.

His commitment to serving the residents in Fulton County can be found in the many boards, committees and programs that he has been involved with to help reduce crime, safeguard children and aiding victims of crimes. I was proud to have served with Gerard on the Citizen’s in Community Service Board and the Alternatives to Incarceration Board.

Gerard’s ethical standards, knowledge, experience, compassion and fairness make him the best choice for this important position. Gerard is a good man, husband, father and grandfather. I am proud to call him my friend and overwhelmingly endorse him as the next Fulton County Family Court Judge.
