Thanks to those who helped prom
The class of 2016 would like to take this opportunity to thank the many people involved in helping to make the Johnstown High School 2015 Prom, “A Starry Night at the Oscars,” a success: Wayne Schermerhorn at the St. Patrick’s Masonic Lodge for allowing us to use such a beautiful facility; JHS principal Michael Beatty; Assistant Principal Scott Hale; Athletic Director James Robare; GJSD custodian Rob Henry, who always goes above and beyond for our district; Carm Anagnostopulos for all of her guidance; the high school teacher chaperones; Open Lenz Photography’s Christina VanValkenburgh; Kelly Etherton; DJ Mark Winslow; Marty and Fawn Quinn at Knox Mansion for letting us borrow the red carpet; parents Bill and Michelle Heroth, Lesa Levin, Suzanne Fitzgerald, Tracy Hildebrandt and Nicki Morton for always doing more than asked for our class and its advisers; Tara Adams for donating the prom invitations; Paula Salatel for making the chocolate favors; all of the parents, grandparents, and friends who donated the refreshments; the class of 2017 students who helped with prom walk and serving at the prom; and last, but not least, the class of 2016 prom committee and students who worked so hard to make their prom such a memorable event in their high school career.
If we have forgotten anyone, we sincerely apologize.
