Ettore Anthony ‘Tony’ Albini

Mr. Ettore Anthony “Tony” Albini, age 78, of Gloversville, died September 11, 2017, at his home.

He was born August 5, 1939, in Gloversville, the son of Charles and Marion Chiara Albini. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1957 to 1959 and was later employed as a printer by Sperry-Univac of Philadelphia, PA.

Ettore enjoyed playing golf at Center Square course and was an avid New York Giants football fan.

He is survived by a son, Anthony Albini of King of Prussia, PA; three grandchildren; and his friendly waitress at The Italian Bistro, Kristina Sena. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Emelia Albini Taylor.

A graveside prayer service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 14, at Prospect Hill Cemetery, (east side section of S. Kingsboro Ave.), Gloversville, with the Rev. Donald Czelusniak, pastor of the Church of the Holy Spirit, officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.
