Daniel Kiskis, 68, of Venice, Florida, passed away March 3, 2017.
He was born January 20.1949, to the late Albinas Kiskis and Wanda Moyer.
Danny was born and raised in Gloversville, New York.
He had a celebration of life and birthday party Jan. 21, given by his wife, Kathy; over 120 family and friends were there.
He had many hobbies; he loved karaoke, fishing, reading, working with wood; he was a master carpenter.
He was a disabled veteran of the Army and a lifetime member of the VFW and a officer of the Moose and VFW till failing health.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Shanahan Kiskis; sisters, Patricia Lallo, Connie Sue (Coleman best friend) Vickary, Wanda (James) Pendl, Ginny Ahart (Ralph) Suffock; brother, William Frederick II; many stepchildren and nieces and nephews, grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Karen Bowman; and brother, Steven Kiskis.
Cremation was done on March 10.
Danny will be laid to rest at a later date to be announced at Saratoga National Cemetary in New York. Memorial contributions can be sent to a Hospice of your choice.
