∫ Meet the Artists holiday reception: Micropolis Cooperative Art Gallery, 30 N. Main St., Gloversville, will hold a “Meet the Artists” holiday reception from 5 to 7 p.m. A miniature forest of individually designed and decorated trees will be unveiled as well as a “Charlie Brown tree of ornaments.” Work also on display includes paintings, drawings, photographs, fiber art, batik, mixed media, woodwork, glass, digital art, sculpture, jewelry, pottery and fine art cards. ∫ Sacandaga Valley Arts Network Artists’ Gallery Fall Exhibit: Fulton County Visitor Center, Routes 29 and 30, Vail Mills. Free and open to the public. Gallery is open weekends.

∫ 2017 Fall Art Show: The Art of Disguise: Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30, Gloversville. An exhibit of artwork by local and regional artists. Admission is free. The public can view the pieces from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; or from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The show runs to Jan. 10, 2018.

∫ Harvest festival: Kanatsiohareke, 4934 Route 5, Fonda, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event includes corn husk doll making, 10 a.m. to noon; raffle and silent auction, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; lunch, noon to 1:30 p.m.; storytelling and singing with Kay Olan and the Akwesasne Women’s Singers, 1:30 to 4 p.m. Admission $5 for adults; $3 for seniors and children under age 12; and free for children ages 5 and under.
