Driver charged for suspended license

PALATINE — Michael D. Cucksey Jr., 39, of 5 N Second St., Dolgeville was charged on Sunday by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended.

Cucksey was stopped on Route 5 in Palatine for a speeding violation when it was discovered he had a suspended driver’s license.

He was released on traffic tickets to appear in Palatine Town Court on March 28 at 7 p.m.

Vehicle stop leads to charges for man

JOHNSTOWN — Jeremy B. Lombardoni, 18, of 21 N. Hollywood Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 9:45 p.m. Sunday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and inadequate headlight, a violation.

Police said he was charged on Grove Street while on a vehicle stop.

He will appear later in City Court.

Police charge woman unlicensed operation

JOHNSTOWN — Mary M. Sweet, 48, of 6 Union St., St. Johnsville, was charged by city police at 10:20 p.m. Sunday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and failure to keep right, a violation.

Police said she was charged on North Perry Street while on a vehicle stop.

Sweet will appear later in City Court.

Two charged with disorderly conduct

JOHNSTOWN — James T. Robinson-Glass, 24, of 10 Sixth Ave., Gloversville, and Joseph B. Savage, 38, of 2 School St., Johnstown, were each charged by city police at 3:57 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct, violations.

Police said the suspects were charged on North Perry Street, in front of O’Connor’s Pub, after getting into an argument. Police said they were told to leave, but continued to argue in a public place.

Both Robinson-Glass and Savage will appear later in City Court.

Traffic stop leads to unlicensed operation

JOHNSTOWN — Carmel D. Wilkerson, 44, of 903 State St., Schenectady, was charged by city police at 7:22 p.m. Friday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and failure to keep right, a violation.

Police said he was charged on North Perry Street while on a vehicle stop.

Wilkerson will appear later in City Court.

Passenger charged with possession

JOHNSTOWN — Amber L. Slaybough, 24, of 1682 Route 30, Mayfield, was charged by city police at 7:22 p.m. Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Police said she was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over on North Perry Street. Police said she was found to be in possession of cocaine.

Slaybough will appear later in City Court.
