Man charged with pot possession

BENSON — Scott M. Coyle, 51, of Gloversville was charged by state police on Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Man charged with criminal contempt

JOHNSTOWN — Robert A. Farquar, 30, of 13 E. Clinton St., was charged by city police at 7 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Police said Farquar entered a residence of the victim while a stay away Order of Protection was in place from City Court.

The suspect was held to appear in City Court.

Police: Man wore mask to Stewart’s

JOHNSTOWN — Joseph M. Labadia, 37, of 24 Washington St., was charged by city police at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday with loitering, a violation.

Police said he was hanging around the Stewart’s Shop at 1 E. Main St., acting suspicious. Police said Labadia was wearing a costume and mask, hiding around the side of Stewart’s for no legitimate reason.

He will appear later in City Court.

Police: Woman had crack pipe on her

JOHNSTOWN — Danielle L. Raylinsky, 33, of 1026 Route 309, Bleecker, was charged by city police at 10:25 p.m. Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without interlock device, all misdemeanors; and failure to obey a traffic device, a violation.

Police said she was charged on East State Street after a vehicle stop. Police said Raylinsky was pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign. She was also in possession of a crack pipe, which field tested positive for cocaine, police said.

She will appear later in City Court.

Woman arrested on a bench warrant

JOHNSTOWN — Chelsey A. Small, 18, of 7 Clyde St., Fort Plain, was arrested by city police at 2:31 p.m. Friday on a warrant.

Police said she was arrested for facing a valid bench warrant out of City Court.

She will appear later in City Court.

Police: Man scratched another’s vehicle

JOHNSTOWN — James A. Santucci, 38, of Newport, was charged by city police at 10:15 a.m. Friday with felony third-degree criminal mischief.

Police said he was charged on East Main Street in connection with an offense at 4:05 p.m. Sept. 28. Police said Santucci damaged another person’s vehicle at Stewart’s by intentionally scratching it and causing $1,405 worth of damage.

Santucci will appear later in City Court.

Man charged with unlicensed driving

JOHNSTOWN — Richard J. Handy, 53, of 116 Pleasant Ave., was charged by city police at 2:59 p.m. Oct. 4 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Police said he was charged on South Melcher Street after a vehicle stop.

He will appear later in City Court.
