Driver charged with unlicensed operation
FONDA — Serena T. McKiver, 36, of 60 E. Main St., was charged on Sunday by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputy for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended and registration is suspended.
McKiver was issued appearance tickets for Glen Town Court on Sept. 27.
Suspended license leads to charges
PALATINE BRIDGE — Marty Jay Herron-Eaves, 27, of Robinson Road, Mohawk was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Friday for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended and registration is suspended.
Herron-Eaves was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his registration and license were suspended for no insurance in effect. He was released on traffic tickets for Palatine Town Court.
Man arrested for public urination
FONDA — Ralf M. Mcmullen, 44, of 164 Lacorte Road, Catskill was charged on Sept. 1, by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for lewdness — exposing his body in public.
Mcmullen allegedly urinated in front of the Fonda Fairgrounds. He was processed and released to appear in Mohawk Town Court on Thursday.
Bench warrant leads to woman’s arrest
FONDA — Bethany S. Roche, 27, of 10 Cayadutta St., was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
Roche was arraigned in Mohawk Town Court and remanded to Montgomery County Jail in lieu of bail.
Warrant arrest made in animal cruelty case
GLOVERSVILLE — Michael D. Clay, 48, of 116 Washington St., was taken into custody by city police on an active arrest warrant by city police on Sept. 5 at 9:39 p.m.
Officers conducting a traffic stop for a traffic violation on North Main Street found Clay to be a passenger in the vehicle. Police discovered Clay had an active arrest warrant issued by City Court stemming from an animal cruelty incident that occurred in the city on Jan. 26 at 3:05 a.m.
Clay was taken to the station for processing and arraignment.
Man picked up on active bench warrant
GLOVERSVILLE — Michael J. Vannostrand, 27, of 35 E. Pine St., was taken into custody on two active bench warrants by Fulton County Sheriff’s deputies on Sept. 5 at 8:05 p.m.
Vannostrand was located on a traffic stop by county deputies who learned that he had two outstanding bench warrants for failure to appear in City Court on third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation charges.
Vannostrand was transported to the Gloversville Police Department for processing and held for arraignment.
Active bench warrant leads to arrest
JOHNSTOWN — Toby K. Krester, 22, of 201 Saltsman Road, Ephratah, was arrested by city police at 12:16 p.m. Sept. 5 on a warrant.
Police said he was arrested at 142 N. Comrie Ave. on an active arrest warrant out of the village of St. Johnsville.
He was turned over to the St. Johnsville Police Department for court arraignment.
