Local man picked up on active warrant

JOHNSTOWN — Emmanuel K. Harris, 25, of 120 S. Main St., Gloversville, was arrested by city police at 10:50 a.m. Aug. 16 on a warrant.

Police said he was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court.

He was arraigned and will appear later in that court.

Vehicle stop leads to multiple charges

JOHNSTOWN — Dana C. Horning, 22, of 19 E. Eleventh Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 11:35 a.m. Aug. 16 with misdemeanor counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police said the suspect was charged on Townsend Avenue after a vehicle stop. During investigation, police said officers located a slip containing heroin residue that tested positive for heroin.

Horning will appear later in City Court.

Man faces multiple charges of possession

JOHNSTOWN — Justin M. Gallup, 35. no address available, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies on Aug. 24 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property in the town of Johnstown, and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument in the town of Mayfield.

Deputies said he was charged following an investigation of property stolen in the town of Johnstown. Gallup allegedly possessed such property.

Deputies said he also allegedly possessed two hypodermic needles for which he didn’t have a medical prescription for in the town of Mayfield.

Gallup was issued tickets for both Johnstown Town Court and Mayfield Town Court.

Valid bench warrant leads to arrest

JOHNSTOWN — Frederick D. Bump, 26, of 5006 Route 29, St. Johnsville, was arrested by city police at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant.

Police said he was arrested on a valid bench warrant out of City Court.

He was arraigned and will appear later in that court.

Charge: aggravated unlicensed operation

JOHNSTOWN — Gregory C. Blowers, 29, of 104 W. Clinton St., was charged by city police at 2:44 p.m. Aug. 24 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Police said he was charged on Hoosac Street following a vehicle stop.

Blowers will appear later in City Court.

Charges leveled following vehicle stop

JOHNSTOWN — Dylan J. Fisher, 25, of 21 Saratoga Ave., Broadalbin, was charged by city police at 12:16 p.m. Aug. 25 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Police said Fisher was charged on North Perry Street after a vehicle stop.

He will appear later in City Court.

Traffic stop leads to misdemeanor charge

JOHNSTOWN — Devin E. Jacksland, 23, of 3862 Route 29, was charged by city police at 3:45 p.m. Aug. 22 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Police said he was charged on Townsend Avenue after a vehicle stop.

He will appear later in City Court.
