Man charged after alleged trespassing

JOHNSTOWN — Oliver J. Southworth, 27, of 67 Broad St., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 5:22 p.m. Sunday with trespass, a violation.

Police said he was charged at 118 E. Clinton St. for allegedly going into that building after the Johnstown Fire Department’s Codes Division posted the residence as uninhabitable.

Southworth will appear later in City Court.

Police: Man drove while intoxicated

JOHNSTOWN — Lawrence A. Bryan, 60, of 3459 Route 29, was charged by city police at 1:03 a.m. Sunday with misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated and driving with 0.08 percent or greater blood alcohol content; and failure to keep right, a violation.

Police said he was charged on West State Street after a vehicle stop.

He will appear later in City Court.

Police: Woman wanted on warrant

JOHNSTOWN — Michelle L. Winney, 35, of 3 Knox Ave., was arrested by city police at 12:25 a.m. Monday on a bench warrant, a violation.

Police said she was arrested at her residence on a warrant out of Fulton County Court for violation of probation conditions.

She was held for further court action.

Traffic stop leads to several charges

JOHNSTOWN — Michelle M. Mustico, 33, of 50 N. Main St., was charged by city police at 11:14 p.m. Friday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and inadequate headlight, a violation.

Police said she was charged after a vehicle stop on South William Street.

She will appear later in City Court.

Officers: Man had active parole warrant

JOHNSTOWN — Earl D. McConchie, 36, of 985 Murray Hill Road, Middle Grove, was arrested by city police at 11:14 p.m. Friday on a parole warrant.

Police said it was determined there was an active parole warrant out for him when his vehicle was stopped on South William Street.

He will appear later in City Court on the violation.

Man charged with criminal possession

JOHNSTOWN — Avery S. Wiles, 22, of 191 S. Main St., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 12:45 a.m. July 5 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Police said Wiles was charged at 19 Yost St. after being detained as a suspect in a grand larceny case. Police said he was allegedly found with two bags of heroin.

He will appear later in City Court.
