Two arrested for disorderly conduct

JOHNSTOWN –Vicke E. Ernst, 58, of 514 N. Market St., and Cheyanne C. Rivenberg, 30, of 24 Hollywood Ave., Gloversville, were each charged by city police May 14 with disorderly conduct, violations.

Police said the women were charged at 505 N. Market St. for allegedly using obscene language while on a public street, with small children and neighbors around. Ernst was arrested at 4:31 p.m., while Rivenberg was charged at 5:01 p.m.

Both suspects will appear later in City Court.

Area man charged with harassment

JOHNSTOWN — Chad A. Pettit, 29, of 317 W. State St., was charged by city police at 10:40 p.m. May 14 with second-degree harassment, a violation.

Police said he was charged on North Perry Street from an incident that occurred at 10:40 p.m. Jan. 23.

He will appear later in City Court.

Man arrested on a bench warrant

JOHNSTOWN — David J. Lavada, 39, of 38 Franklin St., Gloversville, was arrested by city police at 10 a.m. May 15 on a warrant.

Police said he was arrested on a bench warrant issued by City Court.

Lavada was held to face further court action.

Arrest made in bench warrant case

JOHNSTOWN — Brian G. Manzer Jr., 41, of 2326 Route 67, was arrested by city police at 2:48 p.m. May 17 on a warrant.

Police said he was arrested on a bench warrant issued by City Court.

Manzer was held to face further court action.

Driver charged with unlicensed operation

JOHNSTOWN — Edwin J. Pastor, 33, of 107 East Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 6:38 a.m. May 18 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Police said he was charged on North Comrie Avenue after a vehicle stop.

Pastor will appear later in City Court.

Woman to appear for unlicensed driving

JOHNSTOWN — Autumn J. Yennard, 41, of 100 S. Kingsboro Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 9:32 p.m. May 18 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration, both misdemeanors.

Police said she was charged on West Green Street after a vehicle stop.

She will appear later in City Court.

Woman charged on bench warrant

JOHNSTOWN — Brianna C. Gillis, 26, of 100 Byard St., Apartment 1, was arrested by city police at 10:54 p.m. May 17 on a warrant.

Police said she was arrested on a bench warrant issued by City Court.

She was held to face further court action.
