Man charged with felony assault

GLOVERSVILLE — Richard A. Gritzback Jr., 36, of 76 Washington St. Apartment 2, was charged with felony counts of second-degree assault and aggravated family offense by city police on May 4.

Gritzback was taken into police custody following an investigation into a domestic violence incident in which he allegedly caused serious physical injury to the victim in the case that required immediate medical attention.

The victim was treated for their injuries. Gritzback was transported to the station for processing and held for arraignment.

Teen accused of damaging vehicle

Miller

GLOVERSVILLE — Tyler J. Miller, 19, of 116 Division St., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief by city police on May 5.

During an investigation into a disorderly conduct case at 53 Park St., police determined that Miller intentionally caused damage to a vehicle belonging to the victim in the case.

Miller was taken into custody, processed and released on an appearance ticket.
