Dutcher arrested on active warrant
MAYFIELD — Stephen R. Dutcher, 29, of 121 Bogden Road (Lot 5), Broadalbin, was arrested by Fulton County sheriff ‘s deputies on April 27 on a warrant out of Town Court.
Deputies said he was arrested at his residence by deputies on an active bench warrant for failure to pay a fine related to a 2015 sheriff’s department arrest for driving while intoxicated.
Dutcher was arraigned in Town Court and released after paying off a fine
Thompson arrested for failure to appear
JOHNSTOWN — Crystal H. Thompson, 39, of 349 Route 29A, Mayfield, was arrested by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies on April 28 on a warrant out of Town Court.
Deputies said she was arrested at her residence on an active warrant for failing to appear in relation to a 2016 case for driving while ability impaired.
She was arraigned and will appear later in Town Court.
Perreault arrested on bench warrant
JOHNSTOWN — Michael P. Perreault, 29, of 396 Progress Road (Lot 11), was arrested by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies on April 28 on a warrant out of Town Court.
Deputies said he was arrested on a bench warrant issued for failure to appear in court on a petit larceny charge.
He was arraigned and released to appear later in City Court.
Ruggerio charged with grand larceny
AMSTERDAM — Edward P. Ruggerio, 28, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on April 26 with third-degree grand larceny for an incident which occurred on April 24.
Calderon charged with drunk driving
AMSTERDAM — Linnette Roman Calderon, 30, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on April 29 with driving while intoxicated, first-degree driver impaired by drugs, speeding, unlawful possession of marijuana and sub-standard lights.
Costa charged with DWI, other violations
NORTHAMPTON — Aaron M. Costa, 22, of Mayfield was charged by state police on April 29 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Woman charged with fraud, petit larceny
JOHNSTOWN — Gloria A. Dillenbeck, 48, of 3220 Route 29A, Caroga, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s investigators at 10:37 a.m. April 27 with fifth-degree welfare fraud and petit larceny, both misdemeanors.
Investigators said she was charged following a welfare fraud case in the city. Dillenbeck obtained emergency Home Energy Assistance Program benefits containing 50 bags of wood pellets from the county Department of Social Services and allegedly sold them to a third party, investigators said.
She will appear later in City Court.
