Woman turns self in on active warrant

GLOVERSVILLE — Colleen I. Petrie, 64, of 114 Second Ave., Caroga Lake, turned herself in on an active warrant to the Gloversville Police Department Monday.

The warrant for Petrie was issued by Judge Traci DiMezza in Gloversville City Court for failure to appear on a suspended vehicle registration ticket.

Petrie was processed and held for arraignment.

Charges for unlawful dealing with child

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Charles A. Johnson, 27, of St. Johnsville was charged by state police on March 13 with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and acting in a manner injurous to a child for an incident which occurred on Jan. 12.

False reporting an incident charged

EPHRATH — Isilma Romeroguzman, 44, of Gloversville was charged by state police on March 13 with providing a false written statement and false report for reporting an incident which did not occur for an incident which occurred on Feb. 27 relating to a sexual offense.

Amsterdam woman faces mischief charge

OPPENHEIM –Mackenzie N. Greco, 23, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on March 14 with criminal mischief with intent to cause damage.

Petit larceny charge for Amsterdam man

AMSTERDAM — Robert N. Guist, 24, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on March 16 with petit larceny. He was held for arraignment.

Man charged with DWI by troopers

FLORIDA –Stephen J. Ozug, 53, of Florida, was charged by state police on March 16 with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.

Troopers charge man with several items

PALATINE BRIDGE — David M. Putman, 55, of Utica, was charged by state police on March 17 with unlawful imprisonment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and second-degree harassment with physical contact. Putnam was held for arraignment.

Troopers: Man had controlled substance

AMSTERDAM — Josephine Virola, 59, of Staten Island, was charged by state police on March 17 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

St. Patrick’s Day DWI charge for man

CANAJOHARIE — Eric C. Zinter, 57, of Broadalbin, was charged by state police on March 17 with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. Zinter was released to a third party.

Petit larceny charges for man

AMSTERDAM — Brain A. Santiago, 33, Amsterdam, was charged by state police on March 19 with petit larceny.
