Man charged with being disorderly

GLOVERSVILLE — Frank J. Brandon, 31, of 132 E. Clinton St., was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct by city police Saturday at 8:30 a.m.

Officers responded to the area of 160 W. Fulton St. following a report of a male pushing a female. Once on scene, officers interviewed a passerby who had stopped to help the female victim, when Brandon allegedly pushed the victim against the passerby’s vehicle causing damage.

Brandon was taken into custody and transported to the station where he was processed and held for arraignment.

Man arrested on warrant for citation

GLOVERSVILLE — Mechele L. Senecal, 44, of 108 Yale St., was taken into custody by state police Saturday on a bench warrant.

Senecal was located by state police during a traffic stop. She was the subject of an active bench warrant issued by Gloversville City Court for failure to appear on an earlier charge for previous traffic tickets issued for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and an equipment violation.

Senecal was arrested and transported to the Gloversville Police Station where she was processed and held for arraignment.

Man arrested for violating probation

GLOVERSVILLE — Jeremy M. Farone, 33, of 218 E. Main St., was taken into custody by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department Saturday on a bench warrant.

The bench warrant was issued by Gloversville City Court for a probation violation.

Farone was arrested and transported to the Gloversville Police Department where he was processed and held for arraignment.

Woman charged with trespassing

AMSTERDAM — Tabetha M. Wiliar, 41, of 14 Clinton St., was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Feb. 23 for third-degree criminal trespass.

Deputies charged Wiliar following a complaint made at Walmart. Wiliar had been notified that she was not allowed in Walmart and allegedly violated that agreement. She turned herself in on Feb. 27 and was released on an appearance ticket.
