Man charged with having child porn

EDINBURG — A Saratoga County man has been charged with possessing child pornography after state police in Mayfield said a search warrant was done on one of his properties.

Gary S. Jordan, 52, of Saratoga Springs was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child on Tuesday.

Troopers said a search warrant was executed on Jordan’s camp in the town. Troopers said Jordan is alleged to have uploaded an image of a child engaged in sexual conduct and to have possessed images of children engaged in sexual conduct.

Jordan was arraigned in the Providence Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.

Man charged with criminal trespass

GLOVERSVILLE — Bradley E. Wilcox, 22, of 17 Glen Ave. in Amsterdam was charged with second-degree criminal trespass by city police on Friday.

Officers said Wilcox was charged following an investigation that showed he re-entered an apartment he previously lived in after vacating the and turning the keys over the property manager.

Wilcox was given a ticket for City Court and released.

Man charged with child endangerment

GLOVERSVILLE — Larry J. Bell Jr., 40, of 30 Chestnut St. was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child by city police on Saturday.

Officers said Bell was wanted on an active bench warrant signed by City Court Judge Traci DiMezza for providing narcotics to four juveniles, one of whom required medical treatment after their exposure.

Bell was processed and held for arraignment in City Court.

Physical altercation leads to charges

GLEN — Alan M. Brisson, 28, of 15 Church St., Apartment D, Hagaman, was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Sunday for criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree attempted assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Brisson was charged following a domestic dispute at his residence. He was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend while the child was present. Brisson was arraigned in town court where he was remanded to Montgomery County Jail in lieu of bail.

Driver charged with suspended registration

PALATINE — David H. Bellinger, 21, of 237 Route 29A, Salisbury Center, was charged on Saturday by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

He was released on an appearance ticket.

Traffic stop leads to DWI, other charges

PERTH — Cody J. Krutz, 22, of 132 Perth Fitness Road, Amsterdam, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies at 6:48 p.m. Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving with 0.08 percent or greater blood-alcohol content, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle.

Deputies said he was charged following a report of a vehicle stuck in a snowbank on Perth Fitness Road. He was allegedly intoxicated, deputies said.

Krutz will appear later in Town Court.
