Petit larceny charged Thursday
GLOVERSVILLE — Tammy L. Baird, 47, of 587 Route 30 in Northville was charged with petit larceny by city police on Thursday.
Officers said Baird was charged following a larceny complaint at Walmart. Police said Baird was observed by employees not scanning items in her shopping cart and then attempted to leave when she was stopped by an employee.
Baird was released with an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at a later date.
Endangering a child charged
DOLGEVILLE — Mindy J. Chrisman, 37 of 16 1/2 South Main St. Dolgeville was charged on Thursday by Dolgeville police for endangering the welfare of a child.
Chrisman was charged for her alleged action of language and allegedly spitting in her husband’s face while the children were being picked up for visitation. She was issued an appearance ticket in the town of Manheim Court at a later date.
Driver charged with being intoxicated
GLOVERSVILLE — Timothy J. Foster, 55, of 159 Bender Lane in Glenmont was charged with driving while intoxicated by city police on Dec. 1.
Officers said while on active patrol Nov. 30, they heard and responded to a one car motor vehicle accident in which Foster was the operator of the vehicle. Police said during the course of the investigation it was determined that Foster was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Foster was transported back to the station, processed and held for arraignment.
