Driver charged with suspended license

PALATINE — Jeffrey S. Lillard, 37, of 12 Spring street, St. Johnsville was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Dec. 12 for operating a suspended license. Lillard was a driver involved in a motor vehicle accident and it was revealed he had a suspended license. Lillard was released on appearance tickets.

Schenectady man flees police officer

BROADALBIN — State police charged Moises A. Olds, 26, of Schenectady on Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and fleeing a police officer. He was held on cash bail.

Traffic stop leads to drunk driving charges

FORT JOHNSON — Evan M. Swedick, 25, of Johnstown, was charged with inadequate break lamps, driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.

Driver charged with possessing marijuana

AMSTERDAM – Dakota D. Young, 29, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Running stop light leads to pot charges

FLORIDA — Natasha Ocasio, 19, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Nov. 16 with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Family dispute leads to charges

PERTH — Seth M. Dunn, 29, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree harassment with physical contact. Dunn was held on cash bail.

Possession of stolen property charged

MAYFIELD — Crystal Sweet, 41, of Gloversville, was charged on Tuesday by state police with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property for an incident which occurred on March 6. Sweet was held for arraignment.

AMSTERDAM — Adam J. Morrone, 28, of Amsterdam, was charged on Dec. 6 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Woman charged with grand larceny

HERKIMER — Shelley S. Dodson, 44, of St. Johnsville, was charged on Dec. 7 by state police with fourth-degree grand larceny for property valued at less than $1,000.

Man faces several felony drug charges

AMSTERDAM – Michael E. Berggren, 34, of Northville was charged on Dec. 7 at 3 p.m. by state police with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. At 7 p.m., additional charges were lodged, which included fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, third-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intenet to sell and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, less than 25 grams.

Driver charged with marijuana possession

AMSTERDAM — Daniel J. Brundage, 19, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Dec. 6 with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana for 25 grams or less.

Burglary, larceny charges lodged

AMSTERDAM — Rebecca McGraw, 31, of Amsterdam, was charged by state police on Friday with two counts of petit larceny and third-degree burglary.
