Motorist faces several charges after stop

JOHNSTOWN — Brandon C. Coolidge, 24, of 144 Mcgregor Road, Gloversville, was charged by city police at 9:27 p.m. Nov. 4 with suspended registration, no insurance, uninspected motor vehicle and unauthorized stickers on a motor vehicle window.

Police said he was charged on Maple Avenue.

Coolidge will appear later in City Court.

Teen allegedly threatens another

GLOVERSVILLE — A city teen is facing charges after city police said he threatened another person with a knife.

John C. Crabbe, 16, of 20 Oakland Ave. was charged with second-degree menacing on Saturday.

Officers said Crabbe was charged following a complaint that he threatened a person with a knife during and argument.

Crabbe was issued a ticket for City Court on a later date and released.

Woman charged with punching another

GLOVERSVILLE — Brianna L. Wilson, 25, of 7 VanWyck St. was charged with harassment by city police on Oct. 31.

Officers said Wilson was charged following a disorderly conduct complaint. During the investigation, it was learned that Wilson struck a subject in the face with her fist.

Wilson was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of Nov. 13.

Street fight leads to disorderly charges

GLOVERSVILLE — Derek Heyer, 43, of 22 E. Eighth Ave. and Sierra J. Michaels, 31, of 199 W. Fulton St. were charged with disorderly conduct by city police on Nov. 3.

Officers said Heyer and Michaels were charged following a disorderly conduct investigation. Heyer and Michaels were observed by officers physically fighting with one another while in the street.

Heyer and Michaels were arrested, ticketed, and released to appear at Gloversville City Court at a later date.

GLOVERSVILLE –Bart T. Richtmyer, 47, of 244 Bleecker St. was charged with third-degree attempted assault by city police on Nov. 6.

Officers said the charges against Richtmyer stem from a domestic incident investigation where he attempted to assault a female victim during an argument.

Richtmyer was transported to the station where he was held for arraignment in Gloversville City Court.

Loud exhaust leads to unlicensed charge

JOHNSTOWN — Kevin S. Ovitt, 44, of 52 S. Judson St., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 9:03 a.m. Nov. 3 with loud exhaust and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Police said the motorist was charged on North Perry Street.

Ovitt was released in lieu of $100 cash bail to reappear later in City Court.

Driver charged with being unlicensed

JOHNSTOWN — Jessica M. Marshall, 23, of 11 N. Perry St., Apartment 2, was charged by city police at 12:35 a.m. Nov. 3 with failure to keep right and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Police said she was charged on East Clinton Street.

She was released in lieu of $100 cash bail to reappear later in City Court.
