Traffic stop leads to marijuana charges
EPHRATAH — Andrew T. Duesler, 58, of St. Johnsville was issued an appearance ticket by state police on Tuesday for unlawful possession of marijuana.
Speeding charge leads to DWI
MAYFIELD — Jim P. Tamulaitis, 56, of Northville was charged by state police on Tuesday with speeding in excess of 55 mph, driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Teen charged with identity theft
JOHNSTOWN — Brian C. Jordan, 18, of Mayfield, was charged by police on Sept. 13, for grand larceny for allegedly taking property with a value greater than $1,000. He was also charged with second-degree identity theft.
Police said Jordan allegedly used the identity of another person to open accounts with Verizon, Apple and Microsoft worth more than $1,500 and did not have permission to do so. Jordan was issued an appearance ticket.
Traffic stop leads to unlicensed charge
JOHNSTOWN — Nadine L. Blowers, 44, of 295 River Road, Northville, was charged by city police at 12:12 a.m. Wednesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and obstruction of driver’s view.
Police said the motorist was charged on South Comrie Avenue.
She will appear later in City Court.
Traffic stop leads to $200 bail
JOHNSTOWN — Majestyz G. Rooney, 34, of 84 First Ave., Apartment 2, Gloversville, was charged by city police at 1:27 a.m. Wednesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unregistered motor vehicle.
Police said the suspect was charged on South Comrie Avenue.
Rooney was released in lieu of $200 cash bail to appear later in City Court.
As inmate released, arrested on charges
GLOVERSVILLE — Casey L. Schubert, 36, of 22 Western Blvd. was taken into custody on a bench warrant by city police on Wednesday.
Officers said taken into custody at the Fulton County Jail as she was being released from Fulton County Jail for an unrelated criminal matter and was the subject of a bench warrant issued by City Court, stemming from a conviction for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Schubert was transported to the station where she was processed, arraigned in City Court before Judge Cory Dalmata and remanded to Fulton County Jail on $250 cash bail or $500 bond.
Driver charged with multiple suspensions
MINDEN — Dylan J. Spaulding, 24, of 28 River St., Fort Plain, was charged on Wednesday by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for operating a vehicle on a suspended license. Spaulding was observed driving on Prospect Street in Fort Plain when the deputy executed a traffic stop and a DMV check showed he had multiple suspensions. Spaulding is to appear in town court.
Man charged with endangering a child
AMSTERDAM — Louis DiManno, 45, of 221 Snooks Corners Rodd, Amsterdam, was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday for second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and endangering the welfare of a child.
