Senior center open house on Saturday

GLOVERSVILLE — The following are for the Senior Citizen Service Center of Gloversville and Fulton County, 53 Church St.

Today: Gloversville Regional Animal Shelter class, 6 p.m.

Tuesday: Tuesday’s Breakfast Program and coffee hour — $3 donation (French toast, fried eggs, sausages), 9:30 a.m.

Wednesday: Free yoga class (donations appreciated), 9 a.m.; coffee hour, 9:30 a.m.; Wednesday noontime vittles program — $3 donation (homemade chili, homemade corn bread, fruit, homemade oatmeal cookies, noon.

Thursday: Gloversville Free Methodist Church Regional Food Bank — open to all — no forms or questions to answer — food is distributed until all are served or food is gone — provide own means of transporting the food and coffee hour, 9:30 a.m.; free bread pass out, 10 a.m.; Girl Scout Troop 2055 meeting-activities, 6 p.m.

Friday: Coffee hour, 9:30 a.m.; Writers Circle, 11 a.m.

Saturday: Breakfast Nook Program — $3 donation (homemade hot blueberry pancakes, sausages, fruit and yogurt milk shakes), 9 a.m.; the center’s board of directors are holding a free open house for community members, partners, and anyone interested in learning what the center has to offer seniors and the community. Stop by the center and meet the board members, 1 to 3 p.m.

Sunday: Kingdom Revelation worship and mission center service, 8 a.m.
