Artist Sierra Steele’s work now at library

FONDA — The Frothingham Free Library, 28 W. Main St., is displaying the photography of Sierra Steele, a student at the Fonda-Fultonville Central School, in the art gallery during this month, according to a news release.

Steele is involved with the art club, student council, drama club, chorus, student cabinet and yearbook club. She also is a volunteer at the library.

Steele states she is “a photographer, daughter, sister, and volunteer.” She loves taking pictures, diamond painting, reading, and being with her family. She got into photography by taking a walk by the Mohawk River, where she took her first photograph of a goose.

The display can be viewed during regular library hours.
