Silver bells tea slated for Dec. 18

JOHNSTOWN — The following is for the Shirley J. Luck Senior Center, 109 E. Main St.

All are welcome to stop in, have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, and see the decorations at the senior center put up by the 50 Plus Club members and the center staff. The center has a mitten and hat tree to collect an assortment of hats, mittens, gloves and scarves to be donated to Johnstown schools to keep children warm this winter. In addition, the center is collecting food items for the local pantry to help those in need. Bring along an unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots box located in the dining room.
