Christmas party is slated for Dec. 12.
PERTH — The Perth Seniors had their regular meeting of Sept. 26, at 10:45 a.m.
The prayer and Pledge of Allegiance was led by Anita Bush.
There were 26 in attendance.
There was a 50-50 winner.
The birthdays for the month were announced by Bush.
The secretary’s report was given by Rose Matthews.
The treasurer’s report was given by Mary Stacknik.
The kitchen report was given by Fran Smith in the absence of Wanda Crosbie.
The sunshine report was given by Smith, who sent out cards for birthdays, sickness and shut-ins.
There are no more trips for this year.
New business: The Christmas party will be held on Dec. 12.
Peter Betz, liaison, gave the town report and told some jokes.
The meeting adjourned.
