JOHNSTOWN — The Pine Tree Rifle Club of Johnstown, recently donated $10,000 to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit.

The Pine Tree Rifle Club is in its 9th year of hosting its annual K-9 Motorcycle Ride in June. To date, Pine Tree has raised over $82,000 toward the K9 Unit.

The sheriff thanks the Club and the event crew for their efforts.

“Without Pine Tree and other clubs and individuals who freely donate to support the K9 Program, we would not have such a successful K9 Unit,” he said.

Their donation will sponsor the next Road Patrol K9 to be purchased in early 2019.
