Caroga Lake Music Festival schedule

CAROGA LAKE — The following are the Caroga Lake Music Festival schedule:

∫ At 7 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 2) at The Glove Performing Arts Theatre, 40 N Main St, Gloversville. An artist in residence concert — CLMF makes its debut in the historic 1914 Glove Theatre.

∫ At 11 a.m. Friday at the Paul Nigra Center, 2736 Roue 30, Gloversville. The finale concert of the Paul Nigra Center summer music celebration camp will conclude with a final celebration concert featuring ensembles along with a collaboration between participants and CLMF musicians. Free event.

∫ From 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Caroga Chapel, 106 Chapel Road. Free event. The Caroga Chapel concerts feature a variety of CLMF resident artists in chamber groups and orchestra, presenting a mixture of classical, bluegrass, jazz, pop, contemporary and more.

The following two concerts will feature Matthew Whitaker, a New York City blind teen, who is a piano-Hammond organ musician.

∫ At 10 p.m. Friday Matthew Whitaker Trio jazz sessions at Nick Stoner Inn, 1810 Route 10.

∫ At 7 p.m. Saturday, Matthew Whitaker Quartet and CLMF Orchestra — Sherman’s Revival Series at Sherman’s Amusement Park.

∫ At 6 p.m. Aug. 5 CLMF musicians at The Barge at Canada Lake, 103 Old State Road. Free event, hosted by the Canada Lake Store and Marine.
