AMSTERDAM —  St. Mary’s Healthcare Auxiliary recently held its annual installation banquet at the Riverstone Manor coordinated by co-chairwomen Marcia Russo and Lesia Talmadge.

Officers for 2017 are as follows: Linda Estep, president; Linda Naple, vice president; Kathleen Smith, secretary; Paula Phillips, treasurer/financial secretary; Lorrie Tesiero, historian; Andrea Clare, assistant secretary; and Marcia Russo, assistant treasurer.

The evening’s banquet began with a welcome from Estep, followed by an invocation given by Sister Joan Mary Hartigan, according to a news release.

The installation of officers was conducted by past Presidents Mary Koller and Patricia Schuttig.

Estep presented a check for $50,000 to Victor Giulianelli, president and CEO of St. Mary’s Healthcare, an installment toward the auxiliary’s $250,000 pledge for services and equipment provided at the St. Mary’s Rao Pavilion.

Giulianelli offered his thanks to the auxilians for all they do for St. Mary’s — helping with the Mission Cupboard, the Breast Health Luncheon and the pre-natal clinic, to name a few — and for acting as “trendsetters in the 2015 capital campaign,” the news release said.

The St. Mary’s Gift Shop also gave the auxiliary a donation of $20,000 this year.
