Duesler — Brown

Alyssa Duesler, the daughter of Linda Duesler of Oppenheim and the late John Duesler, was united in marriage to Chris Brown, the son of Keith Brown of Schenevus, Otsego County, at 4 p.m. Aug. 14, 2015.

The ceremony took place at The Olde Tater Barn, Central Bridge, Schoharie County. The Rev. Jack Ford, pastor of the Oppenheim and Dolgeville Methodist Churches, officiated. The ceremony was accompanied by musicians DiAnne and John Mott of Mayfield and Marcia Schoff of St.Johnsville.

The bride was escorted by her mother, Linda Duesler and grandfather, Don Bowers.

The matron of honor was Stacey Peruzzi of Amsterdam, sister of the bride. The bridal attendants were Kayla Peruzzi of Amsterdam, niece of the bride; Cassandra Brown of Schenevus, sister of the bridegroom; Christina Cardona of Rochester, Monroe County, Rebecca McAdams and Brittany Pawelek, both of Oppenheim. The flower girls were Audrina and Gianna McAdams.

The best man was Shaun Brown of Canajoharie, brother of the bridegroom. The ushers were Shane Duesler of Rochester, brother of the bride; Tyler Peruzzi of Amsterdam, nephew of the bride; Mark Peruzzi of Amsterdam, Vincent McAdams of Oppenheim and Tom Reid of Herkimer. The ringbearer was Brady Brown, nephew of the bridegroom.

A reception for 150 guests followed the ceremony at The Olde Tater Barn.

A wedding trip took place in St. Lucia. The couple resides in Frankfort, Herkimer County

The bride is a physical education teacher at N.A Walbran Elementary School in Oriskany, Oneida County.

The bridegroom is a hearing specialist for Hearing Health, Utica, Oneida County
