Amanda Meredith, the daughter of Angela Meredith of Caroga Lake and the late Robert Meredith, was united in marriage to Todd Rorick Jr., the son of Jennifer and Todd Rorick, both of Caroga Lake, at 2 p.m. Sept. 19.
The ceremony took place at the Glen Harris Memorial Park, Caroga Lake. Chris Cram of Caroga Lake officiated.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Nicholas Meredith of Caroga Lake.
The maid of honor was Danielle Nellis of Caroga Lake. The bridesmaids were Amanda Meredith of Caroga Lake and Holly Nellis of Johnstown. The junior bridesmaid was Laura Scharpou of Caroga Lake. The flower girl was Amelia Nellis of Johnstown, niece.
The best man was Terrance Scharpou of Stratford, stepbrother. The junior groomsman was Darren Towne of Caroga Lake, stepbrother. The ushers were Nicholas Meredith of Caroga Lake, brother; and John Nellis of Johnstown. The ringbearer was Tanner Meredith of Caroga Lake, nephew.
The reception for 90 guests took place at Glen Harris Memorial Park, Caroga Lake.
A wedding trip is planned for a later date. The couple resides in Caroga Lake.
The bride attended school in Johnstown, Fulton-Montgomery Community College and Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery Board of Cooperation Educational Services. She is a licensed practical nurse at the Fulton Center.
The bridegroom attended school in Gloversville. He is a warehouse worker at Perrone Leather.
