Jamie Belles, the daughter of Edwin and Linda Belles of Ballston Spa, Saratoga County, was united in marriage to Jason Abare, the son of Michael and Jacquelyn Tisinger of Gloversville, at 2 p.m. July 23 2011.

The ceremony took place at St. Edward the Confessor Church in Clifton Park. The Rev. Patrick Butler officiated.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Kate Birbilis.

The bridal attendants were Kate Panza, Kirstin Belles; Kelley and Laura Tisinger, an Angelique Abare, sisters of the bridegroom. The junior bridesmaid was Veda Clements, niece of the bridegroom.

The best men were Michael Carbone and Ryan Gingrich.

The ushers were Adam Belles, brother of the bride; “PJ” Brassard; Jason Hillabrandt; and John Dalmata.

A wedding reception for 180 guests took place at the Mohawk River Country Club in Rexford, Saratoga County.

A wedding trip took place in Jamaica. The couple resides in Malta, Saratoga County.

The bride attended Ballston Spa High School and received a master’s degree from the College of Saint Rose. She is a teacher in Niskayuna.

The bridegroom attended Gloversville High School and graduated from the College of Saint Rose. He is a director of technology at E-BizDocs.
