Sen. Tedisco will be at the 50-Plus Club

JOHNSTOWN — The Johnstown 50 Plus Club, housed at the Shirley J. Luck Senior Center, 109 E. Main St., will meet at 1:15 p.m. Thursday.

Sen. James Tedisco will discuss issues concerning seniors statewide. Come join the group to learn and voice any concerns. Tedisco will answer questions after. Then join members for refreshments.

The 50 Plus Club’s alumni will host the annual spring bazaar from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday. There will be crafters, vendors, a bake sale, a next to new room. Something for everyone. There will be an open kitchen selling homemade chili, hot dogs, soda, chips, and desserts by the slice.

The three raffles to purchase tickets:

∫ A new Apple iPad with 32 gigabytes; tickets $5 each or three for $10.

∫ A wine and chocolate basket; tickets $1 ea or two for $3.

∫ A money raffle drawing.
